There is no requirement for you to read every page in this section about counseling by phone, but I do ask that you read through the Counseling Terms of Services and it may be helpful to check other information on my web pages.
If you decide you would like to have phone counseling, then please fill out the following forms:

Complete the online Contact Form, which provides the personal details required to begin our counseling work together. This questionnaire is protected by a full SSL encryption.
Step 2:Fill Out The Consent Form:
The Helping Hand Counseling Center accepts payment via money order or check. In the near future I will also accept PayPal which is one of the world’s largest and most respected secure Internet payment processing services.
Step 3: Sign The Agreement To Pay Form:
